We want to entice everyone to enjoy a special sustainable drink. Genever, gin and liqueurs from Stokerij Soestdijk are unique in taste and we are proud of that. We think truly everyone can enjoy a nice local drink.

Many of today’s genevers are made from neutral alchohol to which a dash of malt wine is added. And to cover up the sharp alcohol, one throws in a generous spoonful of sugar. At Stokerij Soestdijk, we go back to how gin was once made. So based on malt wine and spices. We roast our own malt wine and it then goes through the alambic twice resulting in a beautiful smooth genever.
