We have established a set of house rules that includes the admission policy. By purchasing a ticket or attending the festival, you agree to the house rules and Terms and Conditions below.
- By entering the festival grounds, you agree to the house rules and terms and conditions and are required to follow all regulations and directions given by the event staff.
- For all cases and/or situations not provided for in the house rules, the Organization reserves the right to make additional rules verbally and/or in writing to which the visitor is bound.
- The regulations have been established to ensure order and safety during the event. Upon detection of improprieties, such as forged and/or duplicated tickets or attempted admission without a valid ticket, admission will be denied and reported to the police.
- Tickets purchased online are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may be asked to identify yourself with valid identification.
- Refund of tickets and coins for any reason, is not possible.
- At the festival site, coins are the only valid means of payment. No coins will be taken back. Coins are not redeemable for cash.
- The organization cannot be held liable for theft, injury or any other damage to persons or property.
Entering the festival grounds is entirely at your own risk. - Upon entering the festival, visitors may be searched at the request of security. This may also be requested during the stay, visitors must submit to this.
- Visitors under the age of 18 may enter the festival grounds, but they are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Visitors 18 and older are not allowed to pass alcohol to visitors under 18. In case of violation, a first warning will result in removal from the grounds in case of a second offense. Upon request by bar staff, security or other authorized persons, valid ID must be presented to establish age. Visitors under the age of 18 will receive a different wristband that does not allow them to order alcohol.
- Smoking is not permitted throughout the festival grounds.
- During the festival, upon any request from the organization, visitors must be able to identify themselves, in accordance with the legal obligation of identification, with one of the following identification documents: passport, Dutch identity card, driver’s license, moped certificate, OV student card.
- Drugs are prohibited. Upon detection, the visitor will be removed from the festival grounds.
- Wild urination is prohibited. Upon detection, the visitor will be removed from the festival grounds.
- Pets brought by visitors, food and drink, chairs, selfie sticks, umbrellas, dangerous and/or sharp objects and goods contrary to Dutch law are not allowed at the festival. If the Organization believes that an object poses a danger to the event and visitors, the Organization reserves the right to confiscate the object.
- Bringing professional recording equipment (and attachment or telephoto lenses) is not permitted, unless an accreditation agreed upon in writing with the Organization.
- It is not allowed to distribute flyers on, or near the festival grounds, conduct promotional activities or trade goods without consulting the organization.
