By purchasing a ticket or attending the festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions and house rules.
TICKET SALES AND ADMISSION
Purchased tickets are personal and will not be taken back by the organization. Each ticket has a unique code that will be scanned at the entrance of the festival. Each visitor must be in possession of a valid and unique entry ticket and valid identification when entering the event location. Upon detection of illegalities, such as false and/or duplicated tickets or attempted entry without a valid ticket, entry will be denied and reported to the police.
Upon entering the festival, visitors may be searched at the request of security. This may also be requested during the stay, visitors must submit to this.
Visitors under the age of 18 may enter the festival grounds, but they are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Visitors 18 and older are not allowed to pass alcohol to visitors under 18. In case of violation, a first warning will result in removal from the grounds in case of a second offense. Upon request by bar staff, security or other authorized persons, valid ID must be presented to establish age. Visitors under the age of 18 will receive a different wristband that does not allow them to order alcohol.
Smoking is not permitted throughout the festival grounds.
During the festival, visitors must be able to identify themselves at the request of the organization, in accordance with the legal identification requirement, with one of the following identification documents: passport, Dutch identity card, driver’s license, moped certificate. Visitors bringing home (animals), food and drink, professional recording equipment and goods contrary to Dutch law are not allowed at the festival.
Objects/products that may be dangerous in the eyes of the organization or security are not allowed at the festival. This includes products with risk of explosion in solid, liquid or gas form, fireworks or pyrotechnic articles, bottles, umbrellas, walking sticks, camera tripods and the like.
LIABILITY IN GENERAL
Entering the festival is entirely at the visitor’s own risk. The organization can in no way be held liable for any damage caused to visitors and/or visitors’ goods whether or not caused by third parties.
The organization bears no responsibility and can in no way be held liable for the services and products provided by participating entrepreneurs, or damages suffered as a result.
The organization cannot be held liable in any way for any changes in programming due to force majeure.
If the festival cannot take place (partially) due to force majeure, for example due to strikes or weather conditions that make entering the festival unsafe for visitors, or anything beyond the control of the organization, the organization cannot be held liable in any way. There will be no refund of costs made by the visitor in connection with costs made by the organization.
PETS
Due to hygiene regulations, pets are not allowed at the festival.
COINS
Payment throughout the festival can only be made with designated tokens. These tokens are only available at the points of sale offered by the organization. Coins are and remain the property of the organization. Purchased coins will not be taken back and cannot be exchanged for money.
OTHER
Visitors are obliged to comply with regulations and/or instructions from the organization as well as the fire department, police, GGD and other competent authorities. The security and organization reserve the right to deny anyone access to the event site when, in the opinion of the organization or police, there is a possible threat to the safety of the event and its visitors or when the applicable house rules are not observed. For whatever reason, paid entrance fees will not be returned in these cases.
During the festival, photographs or recordings may be made for reportage, website, promotional purposes, etc. By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival, the visitor gives permission to the organization to use these recordings for these purposes.
It is not allowed to distribute flyers, conduct promotional activities or trade goods on or near the festival without consulting the organization.
The organization reserves the right to modify the festival policy at any time.
PREVENT NUISANCE
Please place bikes in the bike racks and be considerate of local residents when leaving the festival.
PHOTOS AND RECORDINGS
The music and performances of the artists are subject to image and sound rights. Making (professional) video and sound recordings by visitors is not allowed, photography is only allowed with cameras without interchangeable lens and cell phones. At IDDF In Concert photographs or recordings may be made by journalists for the purpose of reporting on the Internet or in traditional media. By purchasing a ticket to the festival you agree to this image registration.
