The beautiful distillery was built in the family business’s barn, which dates back to 1922. Characteristic rafters support the building and against the wall the liquor lies maturing in the wooden barrels. Everything here “breathes” craftsmanship. Of course, the orchard remains the heart of the business. But meanwhile, the beautifully gleaming cauldron is the ‘eye jewel’ of the family business.
